Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the CertProve platform, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Early access
CertProve is offered with access granted per programme. Features may change, and the platform is provided for evaluation and active engineering use under the conditions agreed with each programme.
Your engineering data
You retain all rights to the engineering data you create in the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the engineering judgement applied to the platform outputs.
Engineering responsibility
CertProve provides analysis and certification tooling. The platform supports engineering work but does not replace the judgement of a qualified engineer or the formal certification process. You remain responsible for the airworthiness and compliance of your aircraft.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful aerospace engineering purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or to other users' data.
Availability
During early access the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may be added, changed or removed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CertProve is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable where CertProve is established, and any disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post any changes here and update the date above; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
